Introduction:
Africa have had been supplicating with a lot of political constancies and overview of good governance systems are also to organize the institutions independently. In all parts across it territories after Berlin conference in 1884-5, yet the stabilities are on searches. Thus it extends, from Suez Canal in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Far North, to the Cape Town of Good Hope in South Africa in the Far South Tip, and from Federal Republic of Somalia in the far East, up to the Republic of Liberia in the far West of Africa. Such that to avoid the continuing of military coups, which have been stroking the democracy into peril in some African countries. That also becomes a conflagration to the development of proper arts, traditional beliefs and culture heritages. For instance, the success of modernization of the philosophy of law in African beliefs and indigenous heritage rule, requires a particular form of human knowledge to cover the tangible obstacles against the prosperity and liberty such as: uncontrolled greed, arrogance, pride, corruption, resistance to change and superstition.
Through the performance and research that can be done on the impacts of the past civilizations of man before the Europeans invasion into Africa compared to the present, then it will give a supportive remedy to the cause of our unity. In order to decolonize our minds, against the yellowish red man (white man) superiority and black inferiority complex, it us to exceed more efforts to create the new Africans political structure. Western world and Far East Asia, has been penetrated mostly by exploiting the natural resources and they also, dominated the major business sectors including, agriculture, industries etc.
The youth sophisticated pleasures of aims are at re-building the cultural diversities and economic convergence on the unique potential of focus and the progress of development in Africa. The political leaders and head

of States together can start thinking ahead for standardizing the unity of communities and indeed the management of resources and improvement of education standards etc. They also should refrain from depending more on the politics to solve the malfunctions within a society. The calls for Liberation and unification of Africans by African, is applicable role with elimination of political boundaries from existing. And also her citizens should take a prudent decision to pose a unify passport, currency, Central Bank, army etc. The Africans in diaspora are no exception and so must be able to adapt the vigorous and positive role with unique obligation to erudite their characteristics on participations in the development of homeland.

The Body of an article:-
The first step needed is to calls for African unification and liberation to decolonize our minds against so called, yellowish red man (white man) superiority and black inferiority complex. Africans can understand and realize or know that, entire world population was started from African for man’s creation begun in Africa and evidentially the explanation of man’s creation. This point out that, we are the leaders of the world. The real obstacles and pending issues on the Africans’ unity are to be resolved by the effect of the introduction to the good governance, as an alternation to eliminate: 1) uncontrolled greed, 2) arrogance, 3) pride, 4) resistance to change, and 5) superstition. Prior to aforementioned, the leaders in Africa found it hard to bifurcate the government and state at the lifespan of their governances. The distinction between the government and state is to be manifested when it comes to the issue of governance. The question is: who governs? Is it the state or the government? The answer to the questions are easies juxtaposed through a simplified abstraction. Since the government is elected by the people on a policy programme which it represents to the general public and is also directly and answerable to the people, it is a government which makes the policies, while the state is supposed to execute them. To put it in an explicit terms: the government proclaims the character of the policy and the state (bureaucratic- administrative and military organizations) implement it. Hence, many political scientists and scholars proved it that, marginalization of state powers by government is a corridor root of fundamental reasons, of the irritating between the civilians and ruling elites over the governance’s policy atmosphere and utilization of national resources. Obviously, in Africa government is only an organ running all affairs in dominance to

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
state organs, which make it hard for the resources to be concentrated on or to be utilized for development aspects. In the rapport between political constancy, economic growth and social expansion, Africa’s sustainability and purpose as a universal society that is distinguished her from the rest of the world. Specifically, in some views which are afore-emphasize, influences, challenges and prospects vested upon the continent and people of Africa parentage, especially regarding self-actualization, political self- reliance, economic and self-determination which are to be prioritized in the building-capacity towards the united Africans.
Moreover, the calls for advocacy on liberation and unification of Africans and on the economic junction of the sole potential for change have been a focus of the progressive, development and advancement aspects in Africa as whole. That can be Started by moving to Suez Canal in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Far North, to the Cape Town of Good Hope in the Republic of South Africa in the Far South Tip, and from Federal Republic of Somalia in the far East and to extend it further to the Republic of Liberia in the far West of Africa. Purposely to reiterate and have a knowledge about the conscious of recognizing the existence of a trap through an education system and directly from the influences of the Western World.
Africans should learn more about their traditional histories to break the mentality of slavery. Thereafter, we can start learning ourselves and backgrounds through the wisdoms, cultures, behaviors, social norms, customs, values, beliefs, traditional religious zeal, attitudes and heritage in order to define the unity of African communities. According to J.H.Nketia, he identifies four aspects of culture. As Noire Diop wrote in his “Unite’ Cultural de I’Afrique,” it is “only a real knowledge of the past that can give one a sense of the historical continuity” (Ibid: 135). We believe on our own source of knowledge, we don’t need to migrate from
our motherland (Africa) to serve the Western World and we don’t need

their approval and recognition on our governance affairs. Therefore, we can be abled to learns better from the references of “Nkrumah’s vision of African culture as the “core segment of Africa’s political freedom and socio-economic transformation resulted from his understanding of history”. However, the cultural changes do occurs through political re- socialization, and the conscious efforts from the government leaders to transform their society’s political cultures. Subsequently, sometimes cultural change is a by-product of both conscious and unconscious factors. All the leaders in Africa are encouraging to retain an ideology from Pan- Africanism to manage their resources in a successfully manner from the commercial exploitations of the Western, and Far East Asian Nations. According to the late Muammar Gaddafi at the 64th UN General Assembly summit in 2009, in his speech stated “the preamble states in writing that all nations are equal whether they are small or large. He also asked the general assembly, do we have the rights of veto? Are we equal? According to Dr Nnoli he admits that self-reliance doesn’t mean isolation. What he urges is a diversification of dependence and greater selectivity in sources of aid and investment.
On religions, many countries have had the foreign religions, but they are progressing economically. Take an example, from Malaysia, Indonesia and etc…. they are predominantly Muslims, but Islamic is a foreign religion in those countries. Africans can change their perception, to accept the mistakes in order to face the reality of changes. In my opinions, by far the greatest problem in Africa is an absence of good governance and political will or leadership to control the religious ideologies which are against the law and culture of nation. Late John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania, has demonstrated my proclamation right and advocacy for unity as well as many other leaders before him, late Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana, late Julius Nyerere of Tanzania, late Patrice Lumumba of DR Congo, Julius Malema of South Africa and prof. PLO Lumumba of Kenya. They

focused mostly on liberation and unification of Africa, which later can be governed by only one permanent constitution and rule of law regardless of political boundaries being imposed on us by the former colonists, we will work to manage on, by the establishing of the one currency, passport, trade organization etc.
The Leaders who have been imposed to rule us in Africa by the former colonial masters by continuing with the mastermind, neocolonialism and imperialism in our land, are asked to retain the Pan-Africanism. This is the worst form of attributes to the development in the country and retarded our economic growth. If we want to avoid western interference in our own affairs, let’s have our people in heart and do everything that benefit their needs of advancing to thrive the development in the form of health care, trading, education etc. Citizens are to wake up and re-claim their rights of living in the hands of their state authorities. As once noted by Voltaire in his quotation “so long as the people do not care to exercise their freedom, those who wish to tyrannize will do so; for tyrants are active and ardent, and will devote themselves in the name of any number of gods, religious and otherwise, to put shackles upon the sleeping men”. Voltaire, fully distinguished the ruling elites who attempted to hold the constitutions and rule of laws as a pivotal opportunity to governance the country without appropriate consciences in place, before playing card with other political parties’ leaders in the eye-catching of citizens. Therefore, it’s acceptable for citizens or opposition leaders who are capable to advocate for the best and the benefit of nation, before they wake up and intuited their being in physical chains.
According to Professor: Pal Yiech Lam, who served as a lecturer of the Developmental and Conflict Management Studies in the faculty of Community Studies and Rural Development at University of Juba, South Sudan. He wrote the two quotes which inspired me to share with you
today. He then published them on his Facebook timeline and via other

social media outlets in October 2021, are specifically noted “be mindful to adjust what is impossible to be possible at your own time”. He added “you must be vigilance to determine your own future as a human being, instead of rowing two boats at ago to cross the main river”. Yiech Lam, made it very vibrant to the African nation, not to be hesitant by continuing their struggle depending on it objectives and the purpose and goal. That later, will give a great expectation of sleek success with the benefits and gains of hindsight, that was not obvious at the precious time, compared to the present generations, whose families are living in this hostile situation under a tyrannical rules. Hopefully, it will be written in your documentary and as a future legacy at the end of struggle, despite of personal difficulties you have gone through in that of previous time. For this junction, future generations will not manage it, to forgive the leaders or intellectuals, civic society defenders, political cadres etc, if they failed to address the current challenges by not retaining the Pan-Africanism as an alternative method of building a great Africa, free from grievances.
The Africans in diaspora, are no exception and so can be able to adapt the robust and proactive role with exceptional of responsibility and erudite characteristics, in the participations on the development at homeland. However there is, a dichotomy between self-actualization and collective empowerment for us to learn them effectively as current generations of change. Thus, the African in diaspora shall not endeavor to excel from achieving a sustainable results. For example, the basis of its full potential with regard and the knowledge-based assets on a profession expertise, and capacity with provision of the financial assistance to the revolutionary and evolutionary think tanks which are operating across the African continent via mass medias outlets. Where they are rendering the facilities for the capacity-building of knowledge and awareness about the management and importance of advocacy for the better lives of African people, who

has no access and opportunity to acquire on the potential understanding of the liberation and unification.
The Democracy in Africa is in peril:
The African nation has suffered a lot from supper drivers. Just to mention most the African countries which their leaders changed the constitutional provision to eliminate the terms and age limits for the presidents that allowed the democracy to be in peril. These includes, Uganda, Eritrea, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Liberia, Niger, Togo, Rwanda, Burundi, Equatorial Guinea, Djibouti, Guinea-Bissau, Swaziland, Comoros, Gabon, Republic of Congo, Mozambique, Angola, Mauritania, etc, they have used elections to legitimize their leaders and remains in powers indefinitely. Compared to only eight Countries with democracies in Africa such as, Botswana, Cape Verde, Ghana, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, Tunisia and Mauritius. Some of scholars proved the Mauritius to be a leading of full democracy in Africa Continent as well as competence to some top western nations and Asian countries.
However, the military coups which took over powers in Mali, Guinea- Bissau and Sudan in the year 2021, must adhere to the voice of citizens or render what is in expectations of citizens. Our leaders who are fully controlled by the western nations didn’t seeks the recognition from civilians, but they wondered to hear the voice of international community as a priority choice to them. The coup in Sudan is termed as a most dangerous one in the history of Africa, because the Prime Minister Dr Abdalla Hamdok, who is also nominated by East African states as chairman of Intergovernmental Authority and Drought, confirmed in detention on Monday, October 25, 2021. The military leader put him under the house confinement and healthy, according to international Medias (Al Hadath and Aljazeera TVs). All ministers in cabinet were arrested and the government was dissolved, it became a latest crisis in a

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
tempestuous period for the country. Sudan’s coup leader has sacked six ambassadors after their criticism to military takeover, amongst them was; Amb. Ali Ibn Abu Talieb of Swaziland, October 28, 2021. Also in subsequences, African Union suspends Sudan until civilians rule-led transitional government’s restored. In frequency before, the Military and civilian leaders have been sharing power, since August 2019 after Sudan’s long-term authoritarian President Omer Al-Bashir was overthrown by Gen. Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman Al- Burhan, who is the current coup leader in the country. Infinitely and prior to Monday coup, World Bank suspended Sudan from getting the loans, until possible demands of civilian is granted. In my analysis on the decision taken by the World Bank by stopping the Sudan from loans. The stand of African Union and International bodies which are calling for the military leader in Sudan to release the civilian officials and journalists who are in the military detention. Consequently for the military leader to restore the civilian transitional government of national unity in its place, after it had been dissolved prior to Monday coup, which will also take the divergence routes for it implementations. The military leader will not accept to be abided by international and regional decisions, since coups are habitually contrary to litigation procedures in third world. Hence the consequences later, will affect Sudanese civilians who shall perpetuate doing a peaceful demonstration for almost two weeks or to the extent of the approximation time given. Though, it’s their own constitutional right that will enable them to continue demanding and calling the military leader, to the restore the civilians’ rule-led government. That will deny them a possible ground of getting the access of sufficient water, food, network etc, as long the same military leader still leading the power of the country. The possible solution that can bring both military power and civilians together, they shall be engage to accept the negotiations table.

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
The decision taken by Africa Unions, on Sudan will increase and leverage the civilians to continue for the riots. Also it will empower the military leader in other hand, to stay in power and utilize the powers of constitution and laws for the purpose of maintaining his mandate. Which can delay the political detainee from being released from the detention at the time wanted by civilians. Therefore, an international body’s [European Unions, United Nations Security Council, United Nations and TORIKA (United Kingdoms, United States of America and Norway)] intervention with the political interests, by threatening the domestic’s exasperating, is termed as an obstacle and has a negative impacts to add into a strong influence of youths who are building the possible future and unification of Africa.
Scientifically, the origin of man begins in Africa continent, in the Garden of Eden land of Ethiopia. Knowing our own history have reoriented our mindset and thought patterns. Placed a little too much of expectations on the so-called political and military leaders plus region and regional bodies, each one of them has a dirty hands on cracking the unity of Africans. Some youths are doing consecutively to says, “Unification of Africa is dead”, if that is the case, then Africans are politically dead, that is why we are censuring ourselves on social media outlets. We have men and women who did so much struggles on African unity under the dire consequences and tough circumstances. Why not us at this time and age? However, my answer to the question should be: our role is to eliminate the Tribalism, hatred, nepotism, corruption etc, which are being imposed by colonial masters in friendship with the western nations which depends mostly on the foreign aids and donations. Aftermath, commercial exploitations of African natural resources for their benefits had rapidly dominated the private sectors and development agencies. African scholars, political scientists and other associated experts, are advised to visit, each village across the territory of the continent where they will hear the concerns

directly from citizens about their brilliant ideas of the governance system for an alternative rule in the Africa continent as whole.
Our leaders who are still bowing to their masters should be identified, so that we seat them down to discuss what we believe to free us from those who have ruled over our resources and laws, because they were bribed by hawk-dealers (colonial masters). The Leaders are just became loyalists to the Western World’s power purposely for the implementation process of the terrorism, dictatorship and tyrannical rules on the citizens. Such kinds of leaderships must be swapped and supplanted by introduction of good governance with permanent constitution and laws in all institutions of united Africa. France has been intuited that is looting the resources in Africa since the times of slavery until the present and this is, an evident of her colonies. Also China have reportedly is doing the same actions in Africa by a lot of her sharply contrast to the corruption techniques than France.
Once Col. Assimi Goita who overthrown the President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, from the power in Mali with military coup, August 18, 2020. Immediately, the interim government was formed for which the Mr. Bah Ndaw was appointed as president, and Mr. Mocran Ouane, was appointed as Prime Minister to lead the civilians’ government. Unfortunately, at the short period of nine months, interim President Ndaw made a reshuffling of cabinet without proper consultation made at the presidency in May, 2021. Intuitively, the military leader realized that both interim president and Prime Minister was sabotaging the country’s transitional government, because he was not aware with reshuffling made, while in charge of army forces. Therefore, Col. Goita who is leader of new military power Mali, ousted and detained both Bah Ndaw and Moctar Ouane in his second coup, he later declared by the country’s court as the interim president to lead the interim government of national unity.

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
The Malian government that was served under Ndaw, got dissolved and new transitional government was formed to lead the country in upcoming elections of February 2022, claimed by Goita. The Col. Goita appointed; Choguel Kokala in the position of prime minister to lead the civilian’s transitional government. Consequently, the leaderships from the African Unions and Economic Community of West Africa State, didn’t recognize the effect of new interim government led by military (takeover) leader. The membership of Mali was further suspended from Africa Unions, May 25, 2021.
The France President Mr. Emmanuel, wrote a condemnation message “we condemn the situation in Mali with the greatest firmness” he wrote it at Brussels after the European Unions’ Summit in May 2021. Col. Assimi Goita made a response to the Macron’s message, by quoting “the time is here, where Malians are to decide who is to stay and who must leave or not and the people of Mali have decided that France must leave. He added, once more “I repeat that we preferred to the open enemies than enemies disguised as friends.” In this abyss advice to Macron, reflected the realization and self-determination on the African immunity to defend the integrity of a nation and that will avoid the involvement of external aggressive.
The Genocide in South Sudan:
In South Sudan, the ruling elites committed a genocide against the Nuer ethnic in late, December 15, 2013 which later flung a country into war zone. The conflict resulted into the deaths of at least 383,000 people from December 2013 again repeated in April 2018, “according to a report from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine”. And it also caused one of the worst displacement crises in the country with 1,600,000 internally displaced persons and 2,200,000 refugees and who are the asylum seekers in the region as of May 2021, according to the report from

the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees”. Despite of two peace agreements (Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflicts in the South Sudan, August 15, 2015 and Revitalized-Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflicts in the South Sudan, September 12, 2018) the punitive actions are supposed to be taken seriously against the parties by the international community for widespread suffering affected the lives innocent civilian populations. The leaders in South Sudan show a little motivation to build a sustainable peace, and critical provisions of the Revitalized-Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS) have had remain unimplemented, the U.S. lawmakers said. According to the Harry Truman, he noted “once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of the opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and it creates a country where everyone living in fear.”
The Jihadist war in Mozambique:
In Mozambique since 2017, jihadist militias in the northern part of Cabo Delgado Province have had mounted an armed insurgency against the Mozambican government. Their main objective was stated to instil sharia law across the northern Mozambique. This says to be in response to the region’s chronic poverty, unemployment and weak public services under the Frelimo-led government in Maputo. The jihadists pose a significant threat to local civilians and foreign economic interests in Cabo Delgado. The four-year low intensity civil war has killed more than 3,000 civilians, displaced 800,000 and caused widespread food insecurity. In addition, Rwanda and the Southern African Development Community (SADC), including South African Special Forces have developed peacekeepers to Cabo Delgado. These raises a major concerns over a seeming lack of

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
coordination among these armed actors. The Rwandan government have had involved to reinforce the Frelimo’s government against the Jihadist advancement in the region. The Mozambican government claimed that Rwanda and Southern African Development Community’s entrance has fundamentally altered the direction of the conflict and improved the security situation for civilians and foreign companies.
In May 2021, Emmanuel Macron the president of France discussed a military reasons which caused the catastrophe in Mozambique with a number of African head of states at a summit in Paris, namely President Paul Kagame of Rwanda President Filipe Nyusi of Mozambique and President Cyril Ramaphosa of South African. This meeting was done at the close coordination between Paris and these actors, reflecting the enormous French interests at takes. (Read the reference from Phil Clark, SOAS, University of London published, September 19, 2021).
The Conflict in Ethiopia:
Another intensification of new rebellion took place in Ethiopia, early November, 2020 between Federal Government and TPLF [Tigray people liberation front] at the region of Tigray-Makelle. The conflict was there establishing the populous country in the Horn of Africa, leaving thousands of people dead with 350,000 others living in famine conditions. Eritrean soldiers are also fighting in Tigray for the Ethiopia government. All sides have been accused of atrocities. A power struggle, an election and a push for political reform are among several factors that led to the crisis. The roots of this crisis can be traced to Ethiopia’s system of government. Furthermore, added to Unsolvable and irrefutable conflicts in the eastern region of the DR Congo, Central Africa Republic, Libya, Nigeria, Chad, Somalia, Cameroon, etc are engendering more formidable obstacles to the

Africans not to build their successful unity as a Nation due to the nature of regime changes.
In conclusion:
To achieve the successful liberation and unification of Africans by an African, is to eradicate the long dictatorship and tyranny system of the black inferiority complex imposed on the leaders by the Western World. The youths in diaspora and in Africa plus youths in Africa, supposed to go spinal deeply to make a research on traditional cultures and histories for them to come out with comprehension and recognition of where they come from, for them to establish a strong unity against their enemy. Africans are encouraged to formulate a clear definition for them to keeps on by retracing their forefathers’ wisdoms, histories, the background of traditional governance systems and laws. Youths in Africa should extend their mobilization and dissemination about the conceptualization of the liberation and unification of Africans through the organizations, seminars, workshops, and culture events via media outlets publishing with different International and native languages. Furthermore, with a prudent decided to attract all citizens in towns and remote areas, for the reason that can convince them to accept and appreciate the necessity of their unity.
I strongly, calls upon the newly military takeover (coup) leaders who had seized the powers, to execute and create a new democratic political space and committed the governments to good governances and the rule of laws, justices, equities and respect for human rights. The women and youths in
Africa needs to rise to the challenges of building a solid foundation for

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
democracy by doing everything possible to increase their political participations and create an equal and level playing field for all citizens . And then for them (leaders) to anticipate and advance the bifurcation of government and state expertise with the full knowledge about the management affairs within a nation. therefore, will enable them to deal with elimination of corruption, nepotism, Gender Based Violence and child right abuse, which are galvanized the continent wide, those aspects must be eradicated base on African cultural heritages and laws. Finally the Africa shall grant its national resources back to the Africans from the commercial exploitations, does by Western, American and Far East Asian countries.
Countries like, South Sudan, Mozambique, Ethiopia, DR Congo, Central Africa Republic, Somalia, Sudan etc, have a long ways to address the domestic havocs and tragedies in their nearest future. That required the leaders of aforementioned nations should have to re-define the natures and root causes of the continued political crises, protracted wars and fratricidal conflicts. Which brought the devastating consequences to the peaceful lives in their countries and regions, which are resulted into the doldrums economics growth as well. The productivities and strategic locations of those countries, remained attracting and prioritizing the interests of super powers to build their own military basses. Henceforth, the subsequence events are caused the havocs and abrogation of the fraternity countries in the continent. The leaders are required to take the leads and make a positive stands to end the wars and conflicts which are affected both lives and economics in the nations. Therefore, in case of an ignorance from the leaders not to provide the remedied solutions to the crises of their nations, it will be easy for citizens to mull their decision against the rule of elites to be emitted without any resistance in the nearest future to come.
The governments should accept the challenges and the criticism from its
people, for them to free and create an ethos or knowledge that will protects

the rights and necessities of humanity in the priority for every citizen in the country, who is breathing with an insufficient oxygen under the tied rules would be freed. The citizens supposed to grant the full privileges of living in the lives of their desire, where everyone can work for his/her will to earn the food. If such kind of relationships between government and it citizens continue and works. Then it will also create a tangible and intact forum of understanding between the leaders of the various political parties within the country.
As a result of affability between the leaders and citizens, it will give a full noted of guarantee to the number of sanctions which are being imposed on to the entities, individuals, traders, etc to be litigated including, frozen of government officials’ assets order by the International community like, United Kingdoms, United States of America, United Nations Security Council and United Nations as a punishment to the leaders who abrogated the right of humans that mandated by laws in their respective countries and United Nations’ constitution, the countries which are badly affected by sanctions are namely, Eritrea, South Sudan, Zimbabwe etc are reportedly leading the sanctions in African countries as well as world nations. For the leaders who have eyes, ears and hearts of people must wake up with an anticipate force of thinking to rescue and move out from the deteriorations and political dilemma that distinguished their nations from the rest of the world.
The intensification of Islamic and jihadist war in Mozambique, region of Cabo Delgado initiated a very serious crisis to the people in the country. The Rwanda and Southern African Development Community are argued to pledge their diplomatic leverage and encourages, to the president Nyusi and Jihadist leaders to come into the comprehensive round table for them to comprehend and address the structural causes and all the necessities with an instantaneous response of the violence which have had manifested
the conflict. For example, has brought an extenuating circumstances that

have had affected the country’s performance will be dwelt with by a peaceful negotiations and democratic process. Hopefully, Mozambique can implement a voluntarily repatriation programme of the refugees who are residing in the neighboring countries, to be backed home and upon their arrival, there will be an equal provisions of rehabilitations and compensations between the refugees and Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs), whose properties are destroyed during the jihadist war.
I therefore, argued the leaders who are the signatories to Revitalized- Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflicts in the Republic of South Sudan, signed in September 2018 in Khartoum, Sudan to implement the most outstanding issues as stipulated in the document of peace agreement. For stance, this call for the political parties to graduate the necessary unified forces which are still suffering and facing the insufficient services of food, medicines, shelters and other needs of soldiers who are in training at seventeen (17) military cantonment sites, since early 2019. Apparently, reported that their graduation has been delayed intentionally by the ruling party, as noted in different sources of Medias. In other hands, Revitalized- Transitional Government of National Unity [R-TGoNU] shall increase the efforts of political will to implement a voluntarily repatriation of refugees back to South Sudan from the neighbouring countries like, DR Congo. Kenya, Sudan, Uganda, and Ethiopia before the end of interim period in 2023. Thereafter, upon their arrival in the country there will be an equal provisions of rehabilitations and compensations between the refugees and the Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are now living under the protection and care of United Nations forces in the outskirts of the cities like Juba, Bor, Malakal, Bentiu, and Wau.
Meanwhile, the internal boundaries and contested lands, national census bureau of standards and recording of various facts: determination of geographical constituencies across the country needs an equal political
will of the parties for their implementation process. That will give an

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
opportunity and access to the authorities concerned for identifications of the precise number of parliamentarian’s seats needed in both states and central (national) levels and also including, the distributions of resources or development aspects of the citizens. Yet the cause of conflict in South Sudan is not just a matter of political rivalry, but is triggered by many forms of marginalization. Empirically, it has proved by the ruling party (Sudan People’s Liberation Movement) by persisting its efforts only for the national elections are to be held without implementation made on what were signed by the parties to the peace agreement. the main opposition party in South Sudan (Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army-In Opposition) has publicly cited, an idea related to the preparation of the national elections, is not well in advance and it shall a threat to the stability of people and implementation of outstanding issues before the end of the interim period which is approximately twelve months (one year) from now. Even though, it is set out in a legally binding protocols which forms an apt in the parts of the R-ARCSS, yet the implementation matrix is remain low.
The peace observers comprised, African Union High Level Ad-hoc Committee for South Sudan (C5) comprising its members namely, (South Africa, as chair, Rwanda, Algeria, Nigeria, and Chad), African Unions, International and Regional parties as witnesses to the agreement China, Intergovernmental Authority and Drought, partners forum, European Unions, United Nations, TROIKA (United States of America, United Kingdom & Norway), Intergovernmental Authority on Drought heads of States and Governments, guarantors [Sudan and Uganda], friends of South Sudan and the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity.
They are urgently arguing to support the peace implementation process
for the benefits and stability of country as whole, but not only to build the
interest of the political parties as they dues. Because a lack of commitment

Author: Ustaz Samuel Nyok
to implementing the necessarily provisions of an agreement can render even a good agreement useless, so the full participation of civil population in the implementation of the Revitalized-Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflicts in the South Sudan is essential. This can be achieved through the effective dissemination of the agreement and the amended permanent constitution and through building their capacity to organize themselves to negotiate, lobby and advocate for their rights and interests.
Finding remedy, sustainable and realistic development-oriented solutions are pivotal factors that needs a fundamentally efforts to deal with Africa’s affairs about the features and the developmental dilemmas. The other intents of this unification are too serves as the genuine calls for Africans in diaspora as well as individuals and entities with inquisitiveness in the African attempts for the galvanization of Pan-Africanism as determining the best opportunities toward the strong liberation and unification of the Africans beyond their political boundaries by African.
Thanks and regards.
